I called to see if they would do a same day installation for me for a last minute urgent carpet change. Steven was able to get me in and they got the old carpet out and new one in, in about 4 hours. The technicians were both wonderful, so nice and helped me move some of my furniture back. They also had to work around a pole that was nailed into the ground that had quite a few things on it that made it very difficult to put carpet around, however they managed to do so with great success. Overall they both did a great job and also made great conversation, very good people to work with .Steven also picked the rug out for me with the details I gave him as I was unable to come down to the shop and he did a fantastic job. Overall 10/10 customer service, 10/10 Installation job and 10/10 pricing quote. 100% recommend and will be going back again should I ever need carpet done.
